These spicy shrimp tacos with mango salsa are a vibrant meal featuring succulent shrimp and zesty mango for a delightful dining experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh or frozen shrimp
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime for salsa
  • 8 small tortillas
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp with chili powder, garlic powder, and lime juice for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Toss together the diced mango, chopped cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl to make the salsa.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan just before serving.
