Delightful cheesecake bars blending creamy cheesecake with a buttery crust and refreshing spring flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries or lemon zest
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form a solid base.
  4. Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and any flavorings until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake until set, about 30 minutes.
  6. Cool the cheesecake bars and then chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
  7. Slice into squares and serve topped with fresh berries and powdered sugar.

Notes
