A light, airy Strawberry Mousse made without gelatin or whipped cream, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Purée the strawberries until smooth.
  2. Combine the strawberry purée with yogurt and honey, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in air gently to keep the texture light.
  4. Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for 60 minutes to set.
  5. Serve in dessert cups and garnish with fresh strawberry slices or mint leaves.

Notes
