A refreshing twist on traditional pasta salad that combines sweet corn and creamy dressing, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta
  • 2 ears fresh corn, grilled or roasted
  • 1/2 cup creamy dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime juice (optional)
  • Grated cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the pasta until it’s just al dente.
