Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, rinsed and dried
  • 8 ounces quality chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts, sprinkles, shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries.
  2. Melting the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s completely covered.
  4. Shake off any excess chocolate.
  5. Place the dipped strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature or in the fridge until the chocolate is set.

Notes

For best results, use ripe, firm strawberries. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within two days.
