Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener (to taste)
  • 1 cup fresh seasonal fruits (e.g., mango, strawberries, kiwi)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the tapioca pearls in water.
  2. Soak them until they become translucent and expand.
  3. Simmer in boiling water for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
  4. Drain any excess water.
  5. Mix the cooked tapioca pearls with coconut milk and sweeten to taste.
  6. Layer the mixture with fresh chopped fruit.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
