A refreshing and easy homemade peach sorbet, capturing the essence of summer in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 1/4 cup natural sweetener (honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your peaches by peeling or leaving the skin on.
  2. Cut them into chunks.
  3. Place the peach chunks into a blender.
  4. Drizzle your sweetener and lemon juice over the peaches.
  5. Blend until completely smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into a container and cover.
  7. Freeze for a couple of hours.
  8. Stir the mixture with a fork to aerate after a few hours.
  9. Let it freeze until firm but scoop-able.

Notes

For best flavor, use ripe peaches. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
