A warm, toasty wrap filled with creamy tuna salad, melty cheese, and a hint of savory goodness for an irresistible meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • Your choice of cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 large wrap (whole grain or gluten-free)
  • Seasonings (e.g., salt, pepper, garlic powder)
  • Fresh veggies (optional, e.g., lettuce, tomatoes)

Instructions

  1. Drain canned tuna and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix in mayonnaise and your favorite seasonings until well combined.
  3. Lay the tuna mixture on the wrap and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Fold the wrap up tightly.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese has melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Notes
