Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 stalks fresh lemongrass, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in a mixture of minced lemongrass, garlic, ginger, and sweetener for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Place the chicken in the pan, ensuring there’s space for even cooking.
  4. Sear the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  5. Drizzle with lime juice just before serving.
