Creamy, fruity, and refreshingly simple, this 2-ingredient Watermelon Sorbet is a perfect treat for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups ripe watermelon, cubed
  • optional: 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes, ensuring to remove any seeds.
  2. Blend the fruit until it’s a smooth purée. Mix in any optional sweetener if desired.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami.
  4. Lock in the lid and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing and processing.

Notes

Store any leftover sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. If it hardens too much, let it sit out for a few minutes to soften before scooping.
